  2. MAZA Tag Requirement:

    • Products must have the original MAZA Tag attached and undamaged when returned. Any products returned without the MAZA Tag, cut, or damaged will not be eligible for return.

  3. Time Limit for Returns:

    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. This time limit ensures that returns are processed promptly and within a reasonable timeframe. However, please note that returns may take longer than 10 days to process.

  4. Return Authorization Requirement:

    • Customers must obtain authorization from our customer service team before returning any items by contacting us at info@mazamoda.com. This ensures that returns are properly documented and processed.

  5. Restocking Fee:

    • A restocking fee may be applied for returns to cover handling and processing costs, especially for items that are returned without a valid reason or not in their original condition.
